BIOGRAPHY

As the CEO of Los Angeles-based Woods Financial Services, Cidnii Woods handles the day-
to-day financials for her clients in the entertainment industry and beyond. WFS provides, but
not limited to the following services: bookkeeping, income tax preparation, payroll, accounts
payable, accounts receivable and tour budgeting. An abbreviated list of WFS clientele includes
Grammy Award winning producer, songwriter, composer Vaushaun “Maestro” Brooks of
Maestro Sound Music, Inc. & Brooks Tone Publishing, Inc.., MO Girls USA, Inc., a Model
Promotions Company, MOTIMEDIA Inc., SMF Productions, Muzik Admin, At Your Service (Hair
stylist/makeup artist) and Branded PR, LLC.

Cidnii Woods is a native of Hollywood, CA whose initial love for finance stems from working
with B&H Enterprises, a family business as an adolescent, inadvertently learning how to
prepare tax returns. During that time, her grandmother was making the switch from handwritten
to computer-generated returns. This experience coupled with taking an accounting class
in high school set the foundation for Woods foray into college as an accounting major.
Woods expanded her horizons by attending college in Atlanta at the well-recognized
HBCU, Clark Atlanta University. While attending CAU, Woods got a chance to witness a
growing Atlanta music scene while earning a B.S. in Business Administration/Accounting.
Cidnii Woods is an inspiration to youth, showing them other facets of the entertainment
industry besides being in front of the camera. She offers the simple but sound advice of
working hard, continued education and exemplary customer service. In the near future, Woods
plans to successfully become a CPA and to continue expanding her clientele nationwide.
